We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development using Python and a strong foundation in building scalable backend systems and APIs, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions for financial services.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python.
- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while implementing security and data protection measures.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate and improve our backend systems.
Requirements:
You are:
- A Python Developer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possessing 10+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
- Strong knowledge of web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experienced with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Familiar with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledgeable about cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architectures.
- Experienced with version control systems (Git).
- Having excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
